Payment Methods

NOVAÉ currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Whish Money
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made in cash upon delivery.

Exchanges

NOVAÉ does not offer refunds. Exchanges only.

Customers have 3 days from the date of receiving their order to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• In its original, unworn and undamaged condition
• Unwashed and free from any stains, marks, odors, or signs of use
• Returned with all original tags attached

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for exchange.
